Uzbekistan Partners with South Korea on Tashkent–Samarkand High-Speed Rail Project Uzbekistan Railways, in collaboration with South Korea's Saman Corporation, has begun preparations for a preliminary feasibility study (PFS) for a high-speed railway connecting Tashkent and Samarkand.
