I launched Mync Boutique while sitting alone in my car, across from a post office, with nothing but a vision and determination. The road was filled with obstacles, but each struggle reinforced my commitment to my dream. Today, Mync Boutique is a thriving symbol of female entrepreneurship and empowerment. For all the women out there who feel alone in their journey, remember: your solitary beginnings can lead to extraordinary achievements. Keep believing in your dreams. 🌟 #WomenInBusiness #EntrepreneurialSpirit #Empowerment
THANK YOU EVERYONE 😘

Ravi Garg my friend from, the Executive Leadership program by Rakesh Rana♟️ has posted a wonderful article on being grateful. I just wanted to add another point through #friendship to remain Grateful and practice gratitude. The circle of good friendship is so strong that one can only remain grateful throughout lifetime. It has immense power to amplify the positivity quotient surpassing all useless thoughts. To quote an example, a meetup of college Alumni after 2 decades evoked fun and painful events of adventurous college days. Surfing though these conversations an AAHA moment surfaced when one of us explained about his Forgive and Forget (that persona) practice to all unexpected, unpleasant events and people. The benefits of such experiences cannot be underestimated in a friend circle and I must remain grateful on this circle of everlasting strengths. Ask this to self, if I remain grateful to all those friends who have seen you, taken care of you, challenged you, referred to you to jobs, promotions, contacts for business growth, even help you get to your partner, list goes on... IF they wronged you, IF they don't respond, don't let your mind flushed up with doubts or grudges. Instead Forgive them and Disassociate the person from that #persona. We cannot know what was going through in their minds. But appreciate that human mind just "wants " thoughts" to be addressed and can take a shortcut to get that processing of thought. When you do this sort of gratitude practice, your mind shall choose to empty the unpleasant thoughts and help builds up a stringer the circle of control, impact and Influence. Its TRUST. And we can remain grateful for that in a lifetime. Thanks to Vishal Jain Krishna Prasad T G Gaurav Bansal Amit Pal for the friendship circle.

Rewarding the team can be done in a variety of ways, bonuses, commissions, an annual reward for results - many companies do it in different ways. One way that is often overlooked, but has a variety of benefits is corporate hospitality. Building a Culture of recognition, recognising your teams productive behaviour with a party or event drives growth, recognition and rewards are not only nice gestures, but also powerful tools for boosting your team's morale, performance, and retention. When you acknowledge and celebrate your team's contributions, you show them that you value their efforts, respect their skills, and care about their well-being. You also create a positive and supportive work culture that fosters trust, collaboration, and loyalty. Recognition and rewards can also help your team overcome challenges, learn from feedback, and strive for excellence. Take a look at some examples of how Global Event Management has done this for our clients for 20 years! #Hospitality #Reward #Recogtnise #value https://lnkd.in/eFFUaHJt

When Your Company Strikes Gold and You Get... Pizza? 🍕💰 Alright, gather 'round for a tale of two companies! Company A (let's call them "Dough-verload Inc.") just had a record-breaking quarter. The CEO's grinning like he won the lottery, and the shareholders are doing backflips. So how do they thank their hardworking team? drumroll With a pizza party! 🎉 Now, don't get me wrong. I love a good slice as much as the next person. But when the company's swimming in cash, and you're drowning in pepperoni, something doesn't quite add up! 🤔 Meanwhile, in the land of "We Actually Appreciate Our Employees": 1. Google once surprised their staff with $1000 cash bonuses and 10% raises across the board. Talk about a "Google search" worth doing! 💻💰 2. Airbnb gives employees an annual $2000 travel stipend. "Sorry, can't come to the meeting, I'm busy appreciating my job from a beach in Bali." 🏖️ 3. Tesla has been known to reward top performers with actual Tesla cars. I guess "employee of the month" parking spot just doesn't cut it anymore! 🚗 4. Amazon offers to pay 95% of tuition for employees to train for in-demand jobs. Because nothing says "thanks" like investing in someone's future (and potentially creating your own competition). 📚 5. Twitter (pre-Elon era) once gifted custom-made Tiffany & Co. glass bird ornaments to all employees. Because nothing says "we value you" like breakable tchotchkes, right? 🐦 As the great Richard Branson once said, "Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients." Now, I'm not saying we all need to start handing out luxury cars (though I wouldn't complain). But maybe, just maybe, when the company hits the jackpot, the celebration could involve more than just extra cheese. So, what's your take? Are you team "pizza party" or team "thanks-a-million"? This morning on the ABC News we witnessed our favourite Weather Man, Nate suffer an on-air Panic attack. What's powerful about this was how easily he was able to identify what was happening - it's happened to him before - and seamlessly transition back to his colleagues. Within minutes he was able to rejoin them on screen and finish his weather report. Watch the video below and take note of the slight signs you can recognise, in case you witness someone else who might need a little help before or during a presentation or a speech. The breathlessness, the awkward body language, grasping hands, Panic Attacks are different for different people, and the signs vary. Some people aren't even aware of what's happening to them, they may just think - "Oh I get very nervous when speaking, and I cant get my words out" and then avoid it at all costs. I once flew to Hamilton Island to present on behalf of a colleague at his own client's Annual Conference because he simply couldn't face presenting to 300 people. People have different coping mechanisms for Panic Attacks. It's VERY common for people at Social Events to have a few quick drinks before they speak to "calm their nerves" (it doesn't work), unfortunately we have all been to that wedding or 21st, where things go off the rails a little..... If you get nervous in certain situations, or you know someone that does take these very simple ideas in mind: - Go for a walk, or even a run beforehand - Listen to Music briefly - focus on the music for a few minutes - Smell some Lavender - yes it actually works - Stop what your doing and excuse yourself briefly if that's what you need to do - the world isn't going to end because you had to give your speech in two parts. But most importantly remember, these feelings will pass and there is no lasting effect, and in 2024 we don't need to be embarrassed, just acknowledge what's happening and take action.
You might have seen Nate experience a panic attack earlier this morning while presenting the News Breakfast weather. He's open about his panic attacks — he's even written about them before — and he's doing okay! Thank you for all the supportive messages 😊🌅 As a team, we’ll always have your back, Nate. Always. (Although I hope I didn’t make matters worse with my bear hug off-camera…)

What a beautiful sense of solidarity seen here. I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing colleagues who've supported me during some really tough times in my life, whether they've known it or not. Whether it was a listening ear, a hug, some kind words of encouragement, or even just a smoke break despite knowing I didn't smoke. When we're at work, we're there to do a job, we're there to be professional... But we're also human, not a robot. Things like panic attacks and mental health issues can stem from an external factor... or sometimes it's just something chemical. It is so important to show compassion and support when something like this happens and not only does it help the person in general, but in a work setting it creates a much better company culture. I've been told I'm an empathetic person (sometimes to my detriment) but really, I work with people I trust so I treat them how I hope they'll treat me when I need it. It's nice to be nice. #mentalhealth #compassionintheworkplace #itsnicetobenice #solidarity #team #workingtogether #support #companyculture
