Etihad I like the ad following reasons- The brand has been romanticized...NICEE! 1. Choosing a brand ambassador like Katrina Kaif is a great example of how product personality interspaces with celebrity brand personality. 2. You are expanding your fleet in India and this a part of your goal for the fiscal. Choosing an Indian personality will help penetrate the market better. 3. You are also subtly conveying premiumization, by talking about a premium lounge, business class etc. Spot on! What could've been better- 1. The script writing could've had an organic touch to it. 2. Your guest services and lounge- Focus more on the Etihad team as well, in the background on the flight...Airports and flights aren't empty you see. Subtly show interaction with folks on the flight(a slight nod, a smile) 3. Most importantly- Show that the actress is tired and feels refreshed after having travelled Etihad. She looked fresh before, during and after...so, you lose the point you are trying to make...no?
