The very fabric and foundations of workplace technology under our feet are changing... In Jan of this year, I mentioned on a partner podcast that the agents were coming. We're now seeing how every single API call, every system-to-system and human-to-system interaction can be enriched with AI. It can be done at the code-level, no-code level, and now within the very tools we have on our desktops. Just take a look at this video (2m51s) from Paradigm... it totally reimagines our place, our processes, our productivity, and how we approach current data paradigms: https://lnkd.in/ee8QX-nu With reasoning engines and agentic workflows, we're accelerating away from a "college grad in a chat box" to something quite different. Would love to learn what others are sensing and seeing out there.

Progress, often associated with early rising and relentless hustle, takes on a new meaning when viewed through the lens of innovation and efficiency. 🚀 I firmly believe in challenging our traditional notions of progress and feel that by exploring Robert A. Heinlein's thought-provoking perspective, we can all learn something. In the world of business, we often glorify the early risers and the workaholics, but what if we shifted our focus? What if we embraced laziness not as a flaw but as a catalyst for creativity and ingenuity? I created the HumanizX framework as a paradigm shift in how we approach progress. It is an easy to comprehend jargon free way of working; it's about working smarter, not just harder, to achieve meaningful results. 💼 ✨In the Envision phase, we set clear objectives and chart a course for success. It's about defining where we want to go and challenging ourselves to find innovative ways to get there. ✨Then, in the Empower phase, we empower teams to think outside the box and embrace a culture of experimentation and creativity. It's about encouraging laziness in the sense of seeking out easier, more efficient ways to accomplish tasks. ✨And in the ElleV8 phase, we embrace innovation and adaptability, continuously refining our processes and leveraging technology to drive progress. Progress within the HumanizX framework is not just about how much we can do but about how well we can do it. It's about working with purpose, creativity, and ingenuity to achieve our goals. 🌱 So, let's heed Heinlein's wisdom and redefine progress on our own terms. Let's embrace laziness as a catalyst for innovation and efficiency, and let's pave the way for a future where progress is not measured by the hours we put in but by the impact we make. 💪 #Progress #Innovation #Efficiency #HumanizX #CreativeThinking #RedefineProgress

Are you asking enough questions? We thought we were—until a project years ago taught us a lesson. A client came to us with a straightforward request. We delivered exactly what they asked for. But it didn’t solve their problem. Why? Because we didn’t ask enough questions. Back then, we focused on completing tasks as they were received. We assumed the request reflected the real need. It wasn’t until we took a step back, asked better questions, and truly understood their challenges that we saw the bigger picture. That experience reshaped how we work. At Medtrics, curiosity is now non-negotiable. We don’t just complete tasks; we dig deeper to uncover the real problems and solve them. I encourage you to do the same. Even when it's hard to think of the right questions, there are tools at your disposal. My team uses ChatGPT in moments like this. A quick prompt can help regain focus, spark ideas and reengage to find real solutions. Curiosity leads to meaningful insights -- simple as that. #HealthTech #Leadership #MedEd

The 3 MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS TO ASK... Before planning any gathering, all hands, annual kick-off, or big meeting... [And I learned these from a legend... one of the best in the business: JOEL WELDON, Hall of Fame Speaker and one of the founders of the National Speaking Asssociation] The three questions: 1. What do you want people to KNOW before they leave? 2. What do you want people to FEEL before they leave? 3. What do you want people to GET before leaving? Beyond looking to "inspire" your team, dig deep. Work hard on the front end to design the experience for your team. Post-pandemic, we all have a greater perspective on the value of being WITH people... After speaking for more than 20+ years on leadership, culture, innovation, high performance, and navigating change... I continue to be honored and privileged to serve in this capacity to our clients. So far, these are the topics with the most interest: -> "Grow Regardless: Build Healthy & High-Performing Teams in Hybrid Environments" -> "Uncharted & Unstoppable: Thriving in a World of Radical Disruption and Exponential Change" -> "AI and Your Business: How to Unlock the Power of Artificial Intelligence to Drive More Output" -> "Who Says: AI & Psychedelic Therapy Can't Revolutionize the Workplace?"
