Making candidates wait from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM without any explanation or engagement demonstrates poor organizational practices and a lack of respect for their time. Professional interviews should assess candidates’ skills and character without unnecessary discomfort or ambiguity. The employment process is a two-way evaluation. Just as employers assess candidates, candidates assess potential employers also. Such experiences could tarnish the employer's reputation and discourage top talent from engaging with the organization.
