Can you describe the company's overall culture in a few words? 2. How would you describe the team dynamic here? 3. How would you describe the leadership style? 4. Can you share how the company handles diverse perspectives or ideas? 5. What is the approach to communication between teams, departments, and leadership? 6. Are there any expectations around after-hours work or weekend availability? 7. What do you see as key priorities for the company moving forward? Tips for asking these questions: 1. Be observant - Pay attention to how your interviewers respond to your questions. Do they seem open and honest, or do they seem hesitant or defensive? 2. Listen to subtle clues - Body language, tone, and how comfortably they answer can give you insight into the company culture. 3. Prioritize what matters to you - Consider what aspects of culture are non-negotiable for you - whether it's work-life balance, autonomy, or team collaboration - and focus on those during the interview.
