I think the product is a great product…that would have gone through research but there some things you can’t stop and control. Just like a user deleting a useful app because he was dared to do it. As designers we need to understand that there are somethings we can’t control. What was the main problem they tried to solve? Avoid food from spillage when tilted by kids not to avoid kids from throwing a plate. Let’s get it right! A product can’t solve all problems. FOCUS ON ONE MAIN PROBLEM AND PERFECT IT! That is a great product in my opinion.
