We are coming to the end of our annual Wellfest week 2024. We've had a number of great speakers throughout the week covering topics around emotional, financial and physical wellbeing. We would like to give a shout out to Justin McDermott from Jigsaw - The National Centre for Youth Mental Health who came in today to do a talk on mental health and the wonderful work that Jigsaw do across the country. It was truly inspiring. #WorldMentalHealthDay #FBDSupport #WellnessWeek

**Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week: A Personal Journey Toward Mindful Support** As I sit here giving blood today, I'm reminded of the interconnectedness of our actions and the collective impact we can have on each other's lives. This Mental Health Awareness Week, I reflect on my journey with mental health challenges and how it has driven the mission of my coaching practice, HireGround, to foster an environment of kindness and understanding. Just as giving blood is a small but powerful act of giving, each step we take towards mental wellness helps strengthen our community. Whether you're a parent like me, juggling countless responsibilities, or someone on their own unique path, remember that every act of courage and every moment of vulnerability shared is another step toward healing. At HireGround, we're committed to supporting each individual in a way that's genuine, mindful, and non-judgmental, ensuring everyone feels heard, supported, and valued. #MentalHealthAwareness #MindfulSupport #HireGround #SingleDad #GiveBlood

🌟 Embracing Mental Health Awareness Week 🌟 In Mental Health Awareness Week, let us unite and highlight the importance of mental health 💡. However, it is vital to remember that mental health is as important as physical fitness in an environment where we often concentrate on our bodies’ well-being. In this regard, the present week calls forth a reminder to ourselves and those around us so that they may learn to be compassionate, understanding and supportive. We shall demolish stigmas, facilitate open conversations and spearhead initiatives that put priority on mental wellness in our workplaces, communities and personal lives. Whether it’s being mindful or attending therapy or even checking up on a friend, every act has its worth. We need to use this week to create a more compassionate inclusive world where mental health is acknowledged, respected and nourished. Together we can make a difference.💙 #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #EndTheStigma #WellnessMatters

At Valocity, we are proud to recognise the importance of Mental Health Awareness Week – a time to reflect on the importance of our mental wellbeing in every aspect of our lives. This year’s theme, “Community is... what we create together,” highlights that mental health isn’t just individual, but a collective responsibility. As we celebrate this week and beyond, let’s take the time to check in with ourselves and each other, ensuring mental health stays a priority for our entire community. We encourage everyone to: Connect: Have meaningful conversations, listen, and foster connections. Be Active: Move your body, enjoy the activity, and lift your mood. Give: Share your time, your words, and your presence with others. Take Notice: Appreciate the simple moments that bring you joy. Keep Learning: Embrace new experiences and discover opportunities for growth. Let’s continue building a supportive and thriving community together, and thank you to all that are part of the Valocity ecosystem community. Happy Mental Health Awareness Week from the Valocity family! #mentalhealthawarenessweek #communityiswhatwecreate #wellbeingatwork #valocity
