It’s International Men’s Day! This year, we’re focusing on the importance of men talking about their health. 🩺 In particular, we’re raising awareness for prostate cancer because too many men get diagnosed by chance, too late. To encourage men to talk about their health and wellbeing with their friends and family, we’ll be exploring why men often stay quiet about their health. We’ll be sharing information on prostate cancer risks and the early signs and symptoms to look out for, as well as information about support available to those who are concerned about prostate problems. We believe that those who are brave enough to speak up about their health and wellbeing are #PositiveMaleRoleModels👍. So today, be a positive role model and ask the men in your life how they are. #InternationalMensDay #FCDOServices #ProstateCancerAwareness #PositiveMaleRoleModels #MensHealthMatters Image description: A group of colleagues talking.
