A conference that felt more like a retreat A conference where not a single business card got exchanged A conference where it was about connections and not transactions A conference where everyone prioritised community over commerce A conference where I was focussed on learning and absorbing rather than projecting A conference which had a fluid agenda but solid learning and I realised our titles/brand is all gas A conference where I made few solid connections rather than many surface acquaintances A conference where I was not in a creator mode (figuring out what content can come out of what was happening). In fact this is a conference where I never posted on LinkedIn about a conference during a conference A conference where I realised how little I know and how big the world is A conference which made me reflect more internally and made me quiet and slow A conference where I moved from realm of doing to realm of being and becoming PS: Picture shows my realisation of being a miniscule in both the worlds (Beach and conference group photo) Thanks to Santhosh Babu for creating this space and all the wonderful participants who stayed true to the purpose of the conference The intent and vision of the collective, superceded the typical conference behaviour for all of us.
