Human Resources Executive (Compensation & Benefits)**
Artistic Apparels is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join as an Executive (Payroll) in the Human Resources department on an immediate basis.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** 2-3 years in Payroll & Attendance Management.
- **Qualification:** Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resources.
- **Skills Required:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain payroll records.
- Updating increments, promotions, transfers, and new hiring in the system.
- Maintaining HR records.
- Knowledge about SESSI, EOBI, & Insurance.
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.
