8yWas a loyal customer but sent an email to Kelsey and 15% discount for canceled event (notified after I went), with 2 hours commuting, an 1 hour to find parking, and having to scramble around to find another dining option for my friends Birthday was just plain bad customer service! My friend didn't even get notified. I spent about $60 on sub-par food and about 3+ hours of driving... so disappointed with Feastly!
