A common misconception that I often encounter is the confusion between coliving and traditional shared housing. Let's clear this up: Coliving is very different-and here's why. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀: #1 It’s not just about having a roof over your head. Coliving spaces offer additional services like cleaning, high-speed Wi-Fi, stylish communal areas, fitness rooms, and event spaces. In a traditional shared flat, services and amenities are basic and must be organized by the residents themselves. #2 Flexibility is key. Staying on trend and enhancing tenant experiences are important, but it's essential to recognize that these efforts add operational complexities. This can only be overcome by making operations as efficient and transparent as possible, minimizing repetitive tasks, and gaining insights to foresee potential risks.
