And you may be wondering, "Do I have to disclose paranormal activity on my seller's disclosure?" Every state is different, but in Missouri, the answer is No, Missouri law does not require homeowners to disclose paranormal activity in their home: Missouri law does not require sellers to disclose whether a property is psychologically impacted, which includes hauntings.
