In all seriousness though, great to work in a fantastic team environment. Often 'sales teams' focus on themselves, their target and being the top.
Yes, competition is an important driving force but the fact myself and my colleagues are able to help each other is a boon.
We utilise each other strengths, share advice, techniques and ideas.💡
How important do you think is it to have a strong team dynamic?

🌟 **Sales is a Team Sport!** 🌟
In the world of sales, individual achievements are often celebrated. But behind every successful sale is a team that collaborates, supports, and drives each other towards a common goal.
🔑 **Collaboration**: It’s not just about closing deals—it's about sharing insights, strategies, and encouragement. When sales teams collaborate, they create a synergy that leads to bigger wins.
💡 **Diverse Perspectives**: Bringing different ideas to the table helps us better understand our clients and anticipate their needs. The strength of a sales team lies in its diverse skills and perspectives.
🤝 **Support System**: Sales can be challenging, but having a team that lifts each other up during tough times and celebrates wins together makes all the difference.
🚀 **Collective Success**: Remember, when one person wins, we all win. Let’s continue to push each other to new heights and achieve remarkable results together.
Here's to the power of teamwork in sales! 💪

As RHP's Marketing Lead, I get to see Keri in action, living her lessons every day. Just recently, I asked our sales team for insights into how we qualify leads.
My assumption was that budget takes center stage, because why keep working with someone if they can't afford our products?
Keri knows why: because providing value - and sales is a value! - is about solutions first.
We don't even ask customers what their budget is until we are sure that we've got the right solution for them. 🤯
What Keri knows (and now I do too) is that great service pays off:
🎁 Our customers get what they need and they Feel Confident and Supported in their decisions. They will fight harder to find the budget if they truly feel like our solution will improve their life.
🎁 Our business grows when our customers value us. Not only do they return, (maybe to get those fancy end caps for their Rolling Ladder Rail, or install an RFID in their Hidden Office Door) they also talk about us to their contacts.
Word of mouth marketing is something I do know a lot about, but seeing how the sales funnel supports that from the first contact, is what makes me proud to be on the RHP team with such Amazing people!

💭What makes a sales team really click—teamwork. You know how some teams just gel?
Simon Sinek hit the nail on the head: strong cultures thrive when everyone’s in it together.
Picture 🖼️ this: a sales team where sharing success secrets is the norm. It’s not about flying solo; it’s about lifting each other up. It’s teamwork on another level.
And it’s up to the leaders to cheer this on. Reward the team efforts, mix in some group training and fun activities, and you create a winning vibe.
-It's not just about what happens internally. When a team’s united, customers feel it. That’s the stuff long-term relationships are built on.
-Avoid the "every person for themselves" trap; it’s a quicksand that'll sink you eventually. Aim for unity.
-It takes constant effort to keep this culture alive. Set the stage right, and watch your team smash those targets—together.
That’s the power of ‘we’ in sales!

In sales, it’s not about the big wins every once in a while - it’s about showing up, putting in the effort day in and day out, and building a solid foundation of consistent actions that lead to long-term success.
Just like I mentioned in my previous post about the lessons I’ve learned over my 10-year sales journey, staying consistent has been the biggest game-changer.
Today, I want to give a special shoutout to my Account Executive, Juliet Gichuki, for embodying this value and having a fantastic week of sales! 🏆
Her dedication and consistency have paid off, and I couldn’t be more proud.
Keep pushing forward and building on those wins, Juliet! You’re setting a great example of how consistency leads to success. 💪
