Nearly 1 in 4 students in the US struggle to afford period products. 💔 Period poverty is real and happening NOW. No one should bleed without pads. Many (men mostly) ask me why I request their support to Mae menstrual pads available for all school girls. They don't understand and suggest that I instead ask support to donate school items. What they don't know, and that I keep and will continue telling them is that without menstrual pads, there is no school because no one would get out of their bedrooms, of their house with blood between their legs. Menstrual pads are school furniture too and parents should make them available for their daughters too.
