A stark contrast between Singapore and Indonesia's working culture is the importance of humility and bridging professionalism with personal connection. When operating in Indonesia, understanding cultural nuances is vital. If you're considering a sporting event promotion, my former colleague Kahfi Muhammad influence with local sporting bodies is unparalleled and irreplaceable! One way to ensure a good working relation is respect to his personal life. Respect and empathy towards personal lives are non-negotiable when working with Indonesians. Certain remarks and actions, like dismissing personal tragedies or viewing employee benefits as charity and especially taking advantage of someone based on religion (translation of the texts below) are unacceptable. For foreign employers navigating Indonesia's complex legal landscape, consultancy firms like ours provide essential support. Our legal team, headed by the diligent Dewa Ayu Surya Lahuru Dewantari ensures comprehensive administrative and legal assistance, easing your business expansion journey.

PHILOSOPY BEHIND MEDITATION & YOGA Read full article and more for free - https://lnkd.in/dE93bieH Arjun settled into his new routine at the ashram, attending daily sessions on meditation and yoga. Swami Adiyogi began by explaining the philosophical underpinnings of these practices, highlighting their roots in Hindu traditions. 1. The Essence of Meditation: Meditation, or Dhyana, is a practice of focused attention and mindfulness. It is a means to quiet the mind, transcend the ego, and connect with the higher self. The ultimate goal of meditation is to achieve a state of self-realization and inner peace. In Hinduism, meditation is seen as a path to spiritual awakening and liberation (moksha). 2. The Eight Limbs of Yoga: Yoga, derived from the Sanskrit word “yuj” meaning “to unite,” is a holistic practice that encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. Swami Adiyogi introduced Arjun to the concept of Ashtanga Yoga, or the Eight Limbs of Yoga, as outlined by the sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. These eight limbs are: • Yama: Ethical principles and moral restraints. • Niyama: Personal observances and disciplines. • Asana: Physical postures. • Pranayama: Breath control. • Pratyahara: Withdrawal of the senses. • Dharana: Concentration. • Dhyana: Meditation. • Samadhi: State of bliss and union with the divine. 3. The Practice of Asanas: Arjun learned that asanas, or physical postures, are an integral part of yoga practice. These postures are designed to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and create a stable foundation for meditation. Swami Adiyogi emphasized that the practice of asanas is not merely physical exercise but a means to prepare the body and mind for deeper spiritual practices. 4. The Role of Pranayama: Pranayama, or breath control, is another essential component of yoga. By regulating the breath, practitioners can influence the flow of prana (life force) within the body, calming the mind and enhancing vitality. Swami Adiyogi taught Arjun various pranayama techniques, such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and Kapalabhati (skull shining breath), which are believed to purify the energy channels and promote mental clarity. Following is nice clip shared by Mohan Sir. The quote is realistic. My feelings are as- There is a difference between Dharma & Religion. Dharma is only one or unique Sanatana Hindu Dharma. Others are Religions, having one book, without having any chance of improvement or development in it. Hindu Dharma says that "Dharayate iti Dharma", which upholds the society at large including all humans, livings, even plants also. Thats why it flourished as Economy with Ecology & Adhyatma. Live & let live is the basic principle. Evolution of Dharma is a natural universal process while Religion is a compelling divisive procedure. It keeps some principles as Satya or Truth beyond place & time, while other things allowed to change or transform as per requirements referring to place & time. Thats why it has not become a pond & flows continuously with time. Thats its Beauty. The changes are proposed, done & accomodated peacefully, though there may be some resistance. In other religions, they don't allow normal process of continuous flow, thats why we see these issues & problems. Hindus, though Sanatani accepted all faiths & assimilated in our country. They didn't need or even need now the Conversions, which is a favourite agenda of Religion. Religion being a forced phenomena, requires conversion. So are effects we see. The division of Bharat was unnatural surgical procedure done. The coming together of all geography is a process just like natural healing of wounds, without scar marks seen after some days. So let us wait for grand union of all organs of body of our motherland. But the Sanatan Bhartiya Soul was one, is one & will remain always one Jai Sanatan, Jai Hind.

GS - SM : 820 => Moms The Corporate Gurus It’s been a wild ride these past few days with all the heated debates on LinkedIn over political drama. So, I decided to switch things up and take a chill pill for a change going against my genre. Came across this post from Aqsa Hussain (shared below) that gave me instant vibes to recreate Gabbar’s iconic dialogues... but with a corporate twist! Check it out, have a laugh, and don’t forget to rate the effort! ----- Moms are blessings in disguise, they say. Whatever they do is always for a reason. Hope you remember the most viral corporate adaptation of Gabbar's iconic dialogues. Let’s judge moms on the same parameters: 1. 15-20 days off She's encouraging you to utilize your annual leaves. 2. Office late chali jana This reflects the provision of late arrivals per month allowed without deductions in many companies. 3. Sir se bol kar jaldi nikal jaya kar Promoting work-life balance by substituting transit difficulties with flexible duty hours. 4. Unse bol de, aaj nahin aa paungi Emphasizing health as a priority because a healthy, mentally stable employee is more productive. 5. Aaj ghar se hi kaam kar le Supporting the WFH trend to ease stress for both employer and employee. 6. La, main baat karti hoon tere sir se Neutralizing toxic work culture and fostering trust between employees and management. Moms are truly corporate gurus! 😝 Hit like and follow Syed Kashif Ali if you admire this effort. 😉 #گمنام_سپاہی
