The clue is in the name: our team are excited to get stuck in at Anticipate London! There are too many valuable presentations and talks on our agenda to highlight here, but the greatest opportunity is always connecting with others in the industry and seeing how we can add value for one another. If you're going to be there, let us know and we'll find time to catch up for a drink!

In-person visits to clients' places of business are a MUST in my line of work. Even with a rock-solid briefing process, you can only get so much information from a Zoom call. Countless times, visiting teams on-site has helped us uncover key challenges before they become a problem. Like when no one mentioned users would access the system on the road without internet access. Things could have been interesting without that key detail! An in-person visit gives deeper insight into your needs and reinforces why I love what I do. At its core, it always comes down to problem-solving and people! Amongst others, this year has seen me visiting: 📍Castle Donnington 📍Oswestry, and 📍Manchester. I wonder where I’ll get to next year… 🤔 (also any businesses local to Hastings - I’m here if you need me!)

What a week ahead! We’re starting the week with a real sense of excitement, having wrapped up last week on a high. Securing the future of Heaven was a huge win for everyone involved, and now we’ll be turning our full attention to Moth Club! With more developers on the horizon, there will be new challenges, but we’re more than ready to face them. 💪 We’ll be kicking off the week early with the team, focusing on comms and refining our content strategy for the months ahead. Next, we’ll head over to the Undercroft with Aldo & the team, where we’ll have some vital discussions that will shape our path forward. Following that, we’ll be presenting our recent survey results to Brixton BID businesses—it’s going to be great to see their reactions and insights! Throughout the week, we’ll be diving into a packed schedule with meetings from Jump Global to Oska De Rocha, Polimapper, and plenty more. One of the highlights will be a session with our fantastic publicist, Nikki McNeill, who continues to be an invaluable part of the team. The Monthly Trade Communication meeting will bring together over 28 organisations for a detailed conversation on the implications of the recent budget. It’s going to be a key moment for collaboration and sharing perspectives within our industry. We’ll also be sitting down with Daisy Woolnough, a talented student journalist, for an interview about the future of the night-time economy. It’s always exciting to see young talent interested in our sector! Tomorrow we are out and about with a series of key events, including IOL West Midlands, Nottingham Pubwatch, and the Heart of London Chairman’s Reception. We’re looking forward to a week of growth, collaboration, and positive change. Onwards and upwards, team! #NightTimeEconomy #IndustryGrowth #Teamwork #Publications #Networking #NTIA #Collaboration

Houston, we (had a problem) 😬 Our client was a busy professional managing two side hustle businesses and a family. Her plate was full, and her team was facing a lot of challenges. We knew we could help, but how? Here's the nitty gritty of what we did to turn it all around: 📅 We sit down weekly to map out her week, ensuring no detail is overlooked. 📩 No more missed meetings—we handle all appointment confirmations. 📝 Contracts for new events are sent out months in advance, eliminating last-minute rushes. 💻 We created an event page on her website, which is now filling up with profitable events. The result? She’s no longer in reactive mode. With deliberate planning, she even managed to take *three weeks* off this summer without significant impacts on her businesses. Now THAT'S what we call a client success story! 🙌

I’ve had many career pivots. And some of them have been hard. One of them started 3 years into my first job after college. So in this time when we expect many people in the real estate industry to make a major career pivot, I care deeply about how they navigate this challenge ahead. I also care deeply about how our new graduates will find their way in this environment. You’ve all seen me post a lot of big job openings over the last few months. And now, I’m picking up a new energy and need to talk more about tbe future of workplace and real estate careers. We’re going to see a lot of change, and it’s going to be an exciting and also tumultuous time for the industry. But it’s times like this when the major opportunities for the future are born, so let’s talk about it. Come join me and some other real estate revolutionaries for a discussion led by CoreNet Global New York City Chapter on the future of real estate careers. The event is $35 for members, and if you’re not a member, it’s a great time to join! Come join us! #careerpivot #eventalert #realestate #realestatecareers #workplace #futureofworkplace

🌟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐎𝐟 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐈𝐆 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 🌟 We recently held our 𝐓𝐈𝐆 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, with that I'm reminded of the incredible value these events bring to our teams and organization. Here are a few thoughts around why this event is a must-attend: 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Building relationships with colleagues across 𝐓𝐈𝐆 deepens our collaboration and strengthens our internal network. The connections made here often lead to innovative ideas and cross-functional projects throughout the year. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Hearing from business leaders and engaging in thought-provoking discussions fuels our passion and commitment. It’s an opportunity to recharge, reset, and refocus on our goals with renewed energy. 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: The conference is also a time to recognize and celebrate both individual and collective successes. It’s a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we work together towards a common purpose. This annual 𝐓𝐈𝐆 tradition is more than just a break from the routine—it's a powerful event that enhances our capabilities, strengthens our team, and sets us up for continued success. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞! 🚀 To find out more about opportunities at 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐨 drop me a DM.
