🌟 Insights from my talk at the START Global Summit in St Gallen, Switzerland🌟 I just had the incredible opportunity to take the stage at the START Global Summit in St. Gallen where I presented AIATELLA's mission to enable the shift from reactive to preventive healthcare through AI-driven imaging analysis. My Key Takeaways: The Power of Early Users: After my presentation, I was humbled by the number of people who approached me. Many were eager to sign up as early users because they, too, want to understand their cardiovascular health and risk. Their personal experiences with cardiovascular disease within their families further proved the urgency of our mission. It’s not just about technology; it’s about impacting lives. Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship: The START summit encourages entrepreneurship, and soon-to-be founders were curious about how I found such a significant purpose. My answer - Love the problem, not the solution. Before building anything, dive deep into understanding the problem. Continuously examine it because problems are dynamic, and your users’ needs evolve. Purpose-driven companies resonate with users. Validate your solution with them first, not with investors. Navigating Rejections and Feedback: External investment is often necessary, but brace yourself for hearing “no.” It’s part of the journey. Instead of being discouraged, get the feedback. Learn to understand the unit economics and growth potential of your company, and how others view this. Remember: Build a painkiller, not just a vitamin. A 'problem-first' solution addresses real user needs. 🌟 Thrilled to Announce: Speaker at START Summit 2024 🚀 Big news: I'm speaking at START Summit 2024 in St. Gallen, Switzerland, March 21-22! This event, Europe's largest for early-stage startups and tech, brings together over 6,000 innovators under the theme "Dare to Evolve". My talk, "Atlantic Row: Dreams Meet Impact," is scheduled for Friday at 17:00 on the sustainability stage. I will talk about the highs and lows that came with the challenge of rowing across the Atlantic for children education. From financial struggles to towering waves, it promises to be a deep dive into how daring dreams can indeed drive societal impact. My connection with START goes beyond this speaking engagement.
