Greenstat Celebrates EU-Japan Hydrogen Collaboration! Greenstat is very pleased to see the EU and Japan collaborating to align hydrogen regulations, paving the way for global H2 trade and today's announcement is a significant step forward. At the High-Level Hydrogen Business Forum in Tokyo, EU Energy Commissioner Kadri Simson and Japan’s Minister for Economy, Trade, and Industry Ken Saito committed to creating a “level-playing field” between their hydrogen industries. This partnership aims to establish clean hydrogen as an internationally traded commodity. Last week, our team attended the World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition ⛰️ Here, governments, industry organizations, entrepreneurs and technical experts gathered to share knowledge and the latest developments about hydrogen.   Stephan Bredewold participated in a constructive panel discussion ‘H2 Nordics & The Netherlands business talks.’ The availability of green energy (wind and hydropower), a cold climate, long distance routes and the demand for high-power trucks (e.g., for the metal and wood industries) provide a good starting point for Fountain Fuel's development ambitions in Sweden and opportunities in other Scandinavian countries💧💨 Stephan: “We are not investing in Sweden for no reason; it is clear that there are huge opportunities for hydrogen production, infrastructure, mobility and investments.
