Supporting Our Communities: A Call to Action This Holiday Season At Forever Forward Progress Consulting, we believe that businesses have a responsibility to give back and make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. This year, we’re honored to launch the Give for Progress 2024 Meal & Toy Drive in partnership with small businesses in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The holidays can be a difficult time for many families, but together, we can change that. Through this initiative: • 🎁 The toys you purchase will be donated to Toys for Tots, bringing smiles to children in need across Atlantic County, NJ. • 🤝 50% of the purchase price will support Convoy of Hope’s critical work providing food and disaster relief to families worldwide. 💡 Here’s why this matters: Every child deserves the joy of a gift under the tree, and every family deserves the hope of a better tomorrow. As businesses, we have the power to lead by example—to turn privilege into action. Join us in making this season brighter. Visit our eBay store to purchase a toy and make an impact that stretches far beyond the holiday season. 🛒 Shop to donate [https://lnkd.in/eEVibWc4] Together, we can give more than gifts—we can give hope. 🌟 #GiveForProgress #HolidayGiving #ToysForTots #ConvoyOfHope

Christmas is a wonderful time, a time of joy. While this season is symbolic of joy and togetherness for many, it's a harsh reality for others. Amidst the joy of Christmas, many families face food and housing insecurity, and even the smallest, unexpected expense can lead to losing their home. Please help ensure everyone who comes to City Mission for help leading up to Christmas is supported. When disposable income is inadequate, households are forced to prioritise one essential over another. Fuel versus rent. Rent versus power. Power versus health care. It is a game of trading off wellbeing for survival. Currently, over 84,000 Tasmanian families find it hard to afford food, let alone Christmas presents for their kids. Your tax-deductible donation can make a profound difference, bringing a sprinkle of joy to families in need this Christmas. Please donate to the City Mission Christmas Appeal today https://lnkd.in/g37vUFaa #GivingTuesday Launceston City Mission

Our Goshen office has teamed up with the Salvation Army and we have an Angel Tree in our waiting room! 🎄 🎁 Visit us today to donate! We are always so proud to be a part of our community and give back to those who support us, every day. The Salvation Army Angel Tree is a program designed to provide Christmas gifts to children and families in need. The initiative allows individuals and organizations to participate by adopting an "angel" (a child) and purchasing gifts based on their wishes and needs. How Does An Angel Tree Work? Typically, a community partner or local organization will set up an Angel Tree, where tags representing children are displayed with their ages, genders, and gift suggestions. Donors can then take a tag, purchase the gifts, and return them to the designated location for distribution. The program helps ensure that children and families experience the joy of the holiday season, even if they are facing financial hardships. It's a way for communities to come together and support one another during the holidays. #salvationarm #angeltree #community #support #giveback #local #smallbusiness #localbusiness #supportlocal #christmas #supportsmallbusiness #GiveBack #communitysupport #doingthemostgood #AdoptanAngel #HolidayHope #SeasonOfGiving #HolidayCheer

You older professional fundraisers, do you remember "The Great Wealth Transfer?" It has been happening for years now and during the same time "Babyboomers" and younger adults were/are having fewer children. Those with no children have had more time to devote to their careers and accumulate more wealth. So, before your donors leave all of their wealth to friends and pets, invest in your nonprofit's Gift Planning and Legacy Giving capabilities. The clock has been ticking! #plannedgifts #plannedgiving #giftplanning #legacy #majorgifts #majordonors https://lnkd.in/gXtkybFQ

🌟 Now’s the time to consider charitable giving that makes a real difference in our community. Four County's Operation Round Up program offers a powerful way to help fellow Four County Electric Membership Corporation members facing tough times. Here’s how it works: Through Operation Round Up, members voluntarily "round up" their electric bills to the nearest dollar. These small contributions add up to significant support for those facing hardships like illness, injury, job loss, house fires, and natural disasters. Since 1994, this program has awarded over $3.8 million to support our members and community organizations. What kinds of needs and organizations are funded? Essential needs include: Food Clothing Housing Medical expenses and equipment Organizations funded include: Volunteer fire departments Literacy councils Special Olympics Programs for children, youth, and senior citizens Food banks Domestic violence shelters Whether you’re already a member or new to Four County, joining Operation Round Up is easy. Just email roundup@fourcty.org and say, "Sign me up!" We’ll handle the rest. Together, we can continue making a meaningful impact.
