Fresh scale and polish done 🦷✨ How well do you understand your contact reasons? How accurately do you capture post call dispositions to understand the reasons your customers engage with you? Is your contact born from failure or is it value adding? In order to reduce demand we need to understand why that demand is there in the first place and what your customers want? We can do that with speech analytics tools or post call wrap up codes or even so rudimentary 5 bar gate analysis but until we know this it’s hard to switch off demand and do analysis to drive process improvement? How well do you capture your customer contact and demand?
