Why does Opposition want to go back to Paper Ballot despite winning in some states through EVMs? Their plot, since our memory is short and Logic Weak. Ballot boxes have been burnt, damaged thrown in gutters taken away in the past and results sabotaged. It is the easiest way to alter the mandate of people. There are umpteen examples of how the Opposition has misused ballot boxes in the past and that's the reason they want it back. EVMs cannot be tampered hence their demand to get back to paper ballot. EVMs have zero probability of tampering so Opposition cannot steal votes & mandate. VVVPAT makes it foolproof. ECI invited Opposition parties to prove an EVM can be tampered but none of them were able to. Opposition's immorality is evident when Rahul, Priyanka, Kejriwal, Mamata and others win elections and EVMs are then not faulty....whereas a Maharashtra's big win by Mahayuti and the EVMs are an issue!

Since the formation of the State in 1960, Maharashtra has been dominated for a long period by the Congress System, stitching a cross-sectional alliance between the dominant agrarian caste of the Maratha-Kunbi group and effective support from Dalits and Muslims. The state has largely followed a bipolar party system where Congress and the opposition to Congress, either from within or outside, were the two poles of party competition. In 2014, the traditionally bipolar party system was torn apart during the 2014 Assembly elections when the four major parties contested independently. This division has led to confusion and cynicism within the electorate due to perceived opportunism and erosion of ideological commitments. https://newsth.live/NAPXVt

In this episode on Election 360 we are taking you to Muzzafarnagar. We are answering some key questions here, "How well is the BJP-RLD alliance working? Is the BJP subaltern Hindutva umbrella under which it combined all non-dominant most backward classes still intact? How will the infighting in BJP impact their electoral prospects? What do voters have to say about absence of a Muslim candidate on a seat where they are the numerically strongest group." Do watch. https://lnkd.in/gpnc_RhC
