Three Years of Growth and Innovation at rradar What an incredible milestone! In the few years I’ve been part of rradar, the transformation has been truly inspiring. I’ve watched the company grow at an impressive pace, welcoming talented colleagues, expanding through strategic acquisitions, launching innovative products, and setting ambitious goals that push the boundaries of what we can achieve and somehow we manage to accomplish it each and everytime. It’s clear that, as rradar evolves, nothing is out of our reach.   What excites me the most is that this journey is just beginning. The world around us is constantly changing, and rradar is uniquely positioned to adapt, thrive, and continue leading the way in our industry. As Veriff has started its new financial year on Apr 1st, I have transitioned out of my role as COO and handed over the batton to Jeffrey S. Guy. Jeffrey is a wonderful person with decades of experience of successes in scaling B2B SaaS businesses and I’m excited to see him take Veriff to the next phase of growth! It has been an interesting journey for me over the past 3 years, which saw both strong tailwinds from Covid that accelerated digital transformation across industries, as well as strong headwinds from the global recession and crypto winter. However, we have made it through and I am happy that over this period we managed to 10X Veriff’s customer base, completing Series B and Series C fundraising along the way, and to transform Veriff to one of the global leaders in the Identity Verification industry as well as Estonia’s 9th “unicorn” company. It has been very demanding on a personal level, and I am looking forward to disconnecting for a short sabbatical - reading some books and climbing some mountains - before returning back to the business world towards May or June. I want to thank all of Veriff’s customers, all amazing Veriffians, and our investors, for making these years worthwhile! The digital world today is not a safe place any more. With the advancement of technology, you never know anymore - who is who and what is real, on the internet. The need for solutions that help to build trust and safety is ever increasing and I believe that Veriff is well positioned to solve some of these most complex challenges that we see in the digital society.
