Reflecting on my transformative internship at Neeti Varta Institute of Policy Research Pvt. Ltd., where I delved deep into the complexities of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Chhattisgarh. This experience challenged me to synthesize behavioral economics, existential philosophy, and classical thought, revealing profound insights: 1. Sartre's concept of radical freedom manifests tangibly in SHGs, where members confront the weight of choice and responsibility. 2. Plato's tripartite soul model offers a framework for understanding group dynamics, balancing rationality, spirit, and practical needs. 3. The cognitive toll of scarcity profoundly impacts decision-making, necessitating interventions that create mental space for growth and innovation. 4. Mental health emerges as a critical, often overlooked economic catalyst, especially in regions facing unique psychosocial stressors. My research underscored that SHGs are not mere financial instruments, but arenas of human transformation. Success hinges on recognizing the intricate interplay between economic realities and the human psyche. This internship solidified my commitment to policy research that goes beyond surface-level economics to address the deeper, existential aspects of human development. I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that has the potential to reshape how we approach poverty alleviation and social empowerment. A huge thank you to Dr. Amit Kumar Gupta for this opportunity and his mentorship. His guidance helped me see the deep connections between philosophy and practical policy-making. To the entire Neeti Varta team: your dedication to improving lives through thoughtful research is truly inspiring. You've shown me how powerful good policy can be in helping people thrive. This experience has changed how I see the world and approach problem-solving. Excited to carry these insights forward in my career! #PolicyResearch #Philosophy #BehavioralEconomics #SocialDevelopment #Internship

Embracing Change and Overcoming Challenges Reflecting on my transformative journey at Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur, I've come to appreciate how embracing change can lead to remarkable personal and professional growth. When I first embarked on my MBA journey at Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur, I confronted numerous uncertainties and fears—fear of the unknown, fear of rejection, and doubts about my academic and social capabilities. The thought of adapting to a new environment, forging new friendships, and excelling academically initially felt daunting. However, as I immersed myself in the experience, those fears gradually gave way to confidence and resilience. Now, having successfully completed one year of my MBA and two-month summer internship, I can confidently affirm that every challenge has served as a stepping stone for my growth. I've learned the value of resilience, adaptability, and embracing change as catalysts for personal and professional development. Each academic endeavor, internship experience, and campus life interaction has equipped me with invaluable skills and diverse perspectives that continue to shape my journey. Special thanks to Dr Shikha Bhardwaj. Looking ahead, I eagerly anticipate the challenges and growth that the remainder of my MBA journey will undoubtedly bring. I am excited to leverage my experiences to make meaningful contributions to the dynamic world of business. #IIMSambalpur #OTC #PGP2 #ChangeManagement #PersonalGrowth #MBAJourney #Adaptability #CareerDevelopment

🚀🌟Opportunity! don't Miss Out 🌟🚀 How Did I get an Internship at Techfest, IIT Bombay It's been nearly a month since I posted about my internship with IIT Bombay, and since then, I have been regularly receiving DMs from students at different colleges and universities, with people asking me how I landed this internship. Although I've replied to each of them individually, but I was not posting about it, just because I believed that I secured the internship through the traditional method, which essentially involves cold-emailing and networking, and I felt there was nothing new from my side to share in a separate post. However, since people are still inquiring about the resources I used, I've decided to provide them here. You can find the following resources: 1. Template of my resume that got selected at IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati, IIM Bangalore, IIT Delhi, PW, Acmegrade, IMUN, Zuno by Foundit and Five other Company's. 2. Email draft that I used for applying through cold-emailing. I have created a file in which I have provided the Template and Mail id where you can send for the Internship If anyone needs them, please write your email address in the comments, and I will send them the database by the day Itself #IITBombay #Internship
