As we look back on the 2023-24 financial year, we at Bonitz Advisory want to take a moment to reflect on our journey this past financial year and express our heartfelt thanks to our clients and supporters for championing us.
𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟐 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬:
• 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭: All our mandates came from returning clients, referrals from past clients, or advisers we've worked with. Your trust means the world to us.
• 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Despite challenges, including a sharp pullback in tech valuations and the Australian Federal Government's reduced reliance on external consultants, we completed two complex cross-border deals.
• 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: Having seven transactions at various stages, our team was grateful to be able to spend quality time with family and friends (including many past clients) - maintaining perspective of why we do what we do.
• 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: FY24 was Bonitz Advisory’s second-biggest year since inception in 2010. Sharing our success with our community we would like to announce our partnership with the St Vincent’s Curran Foundation as a Gold Partner. Having experienced serious injury and illness, we understand the importance of supporting medical research and excellence in patient care. The St Vincent’s Curran Foundation has been a pioneer in these fields and is a perfect fit with Bonitz Advisory’s values and aspirations. We continue to support The Wayside Chapel in its work with Sydney’s homeless population.
• 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬: Over the past six months, we've seen an increase in inbound inquiries from businesses seeking transaction advice, driven by founders looking for exits and the pursuit of synergistic targets for growth.
𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝:
