Beyond Team Building: A Train, Art, and Strategy Adventure in Riga At #LTGCargo, we believe strong teams are built on a foundation of trust. Therefore, last week we took a unique approach to team building – a train journey to the marvelous city of Riga! Instead of the usual activities, we focused on building trust through art.  The feedback? A resounding 10 out of 10! Here's what LTG Cargo recommends for your next team outing: Take the Train: Choose comfort and scenic views with #LTGLink. We used the 4-hour Vilnius-Riga trip to review and update our strategy – productive use of travel time. Calmly, comfortably, and with a nice cup of coffee, these few hours just flew by. Explore a New City: Break away from work and immerse yourselves in a different environment. Churches, panoramic views, local cuisine all of it works magic for clearing heads for new ideas and solutions. Engage with Art: Music, dance, architecture – choose what inspires you! We enjoyed a performance at the Riga Opera House’ Don Pasquale followed by a morning exploring the Digital Art Museum, sparking lively discussions.    As Patrick Lencioni emphasizes in "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team," trust is the foundation of high-performing teams. Our Riga trip helped build that trust by creating shared experiences and fostering a relaxed, open atmosphere outside the office. Art discussions brought out diverse perspectives and boosted team spirit. February 29 is a specific day in the calendar. On this day, Katowice Airport organize a meeting with clients, stakeholders and partners, during which the President of the Management Board, Artur Tomasik, presented the airport development masterplan for 2024-2028. Almost 4 EUR billion investments to allow handle 10 than 15 millions of passengers in conditions. This plans consist also cargo chapter which was developed intensively during last years. KTW Gala was a reason and opportunity for high cargo professionals meet together and talk about market challenges and opportunity.
