It defines the guaranteed level of uptime or performance for a specific service over a certain period, usually measured in terms of uptime percentage over a month or a year. 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙇𝘼 𝙖𝙧𝙚 - 𝗨𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: It represents the percentage of Service availability. 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: If the uptime drops below the agreed threshold, the customer may be eligible for service credits as compensation. 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆: SLAs are typically defined for individual services like Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, or Azure SQL Database.
