Join our team to play a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations and maintaining accurate employee records. Main Responsilities:- - Process staffing and personnel requests, ensuring timely and quality service. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. - Administer leave and attendance data while ensuring compliance with policies and labor law. - Prepare essential documents like employment, income, and service certificates. - Monitor HR data for compliance, produce deviation reports, and propose solutions. - Support new hire and termination processes, ensuring alignment with company policies. - Provide employees with assistance related to attendance and personnel records. Requirements:- - Education: BA in Business Administration or a related field. - Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience in the HR field. - Strong command of English and Arabic (written and spoken). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and business software. - Basic knowledge of payroll, tax, and social security regulations. - Familiarity with labor law and HR policies.
