The workshop is organised by Dr Colm Peter McGrath (KCL), Professor Solène Rowan (KCL) and Dr Sophie Turenne (University of Cambridge). 🇧🇪 Rafaël will lend his expertise and insights on the topic “Reforming Interpretation in Belgian Contract Law,” offering a comparative analysis of the new Belgian Civil Code's approach to contract interpretation and characterisation. This promises to be an enlightening discussion, contrasting traditional methods with innovative reforms.
