Finergreen is glad to share that we advised Sorigué to raise a €20 million financing agreement for its subsidiary ESE Ecotelia Industrial with Solas Capital AG. This investment line partially comes from European Investment Bank (EIB) funds aimed at improving energy efficiency projects and the initial commitment could be increased by a further €10 million. This agreement will boost the development of a wide range of energy efficiency projects for Sorigué's C&I and SME end-customers across the Iberian peninsula, from self-consumption power generation to renewable energy sources including the optimization and renovation of mechanical and thermal systems in buildings, as well as the comprehensive refurbishment of passive elements such as facades, roofs, enclosures, and carpentry to improve thermal insulation. We are glad to have been part of this journey supporting the growth of Sorigué whose projects will be valuable contributions to Spain’s and Portugal’s decarbonization goals.
