You people have the WORST service standards .. for what i am seeing and my family enduring at this hour is ridiculous .. Your flight AY 121 on 20th Dec (yesterday) took off and 2 hrs later flew back to Helsinki with no explanation. You, stranded 200 plus passengers in the lounge in this cold weather for them to fend for themselves. They slept on chairs with no blankets. No facilities. You shut all counters and went home to sleep. You Came back this morning and huddled lots of people in different flights to different destinations for onward connect to their home countries. They were served no food no drinks this morning even on flights no food.. Now we are hoping they will catch these ridiculous connections and come home safely that too without their luggage which is still in Helsinki. Some I believe will get home only on Monday ! ! Atrocious ! ! And you talk about being the BEST. Have some shame… Treat your customers in some humane Manner. You shall surely be hearing from me and lots of others soon.
