With the brain slowly grinding its way back into normal function it was rather good to get together yesterday with the team to discuss how we outperform the significant growth in new biz we did last year. When you put a bunch of salespeople in a room and ask them to define their strategy - it can sometimes become quickly apparent that there's misalignment in the who, the what, the why and critically, the when. Fortunately, between Rory, Bente & myself - no such challenge - everyone on the same page as to where the opportunities lay for Lucinity this year.
