Gratitude upon gratitude for the women who have shaped our lives: the mothers, grandmothers, mother-like neighbors and friends who shaped us and shape us still. We would be less capable, less attuned to life, less fortunate without them. Happy Mother’s Day to all of you strong mothers, mentors, and friends! #mothersday #projectmanager #projectmanagement #businessconsulting #pmtips

My greatest achievement are not my degrees, position I hold in jobs or what people think or say about me! My greatest accomplishment and achievement is my SON! Being a MOTHER is not just a role; it's a profound journey of strength, love, and sacrifice. —Mothers are the architects of the next generation, shaping the #future while balancing the demands of the present. —They nurture, teach, and inspire, often putting their own needs last to prioritize the well-being of their children. —Every sleepless night spent soothing a crying baby, every morning preparing meals with love, every evening helping with homework, and every moment in between, mothers give their all. —They do this not for recognition or reward, but for the pure love of their families. —To all the mothers out there, know that your efforts are the foundation upon which societies thrive. —You are not just raising children; you are raising dreamers, thinkers, and leaders. Your resilience and love are the greatest gifts to this world. —Today, let’s change that. Let’s recognize the immense impact of mothers everywhere. Whether they are part of your family, your workplace, or your community, take a moment to appreciate the mothers around you. —A simple thank you, a supportive gesture, or a public acknowledgment can mean the world. Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women who make a difference every single day.

Message on Women Empowerment with Gratitude ✨🌸 "Women empowerment is the seed from which transformation grows – in homes, in communities, and in the world. As a gratitude coach, I believe that empowering women begins with appreciating their unique strengths, their resilience, and their boundless capacity to nurture and inspire. To all the women out there, I invite you to pause and express gratitude for who you are – for your inner strength, your unwavering courage, and your ability to rise no matter the challenges. When we recognize and celebrate our gifts, we empower ourselves to live fully and authentically. And to everyone else, let us practice gratitude for the women in our lives – mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, and leaders. Gratitude has the power to uplift and create space for women to shine their light even brighter. Empowered women empower the world, and gratitude is the bridge that connects us all to this truth. Let’s be grateful for the journey of every woman and the ripple effect of strength, kindness, and wisdom they create. Together, we rise. 🌟💖"

🌟I've been reflecting on the thought-provoking female founder breakfast I attended last week. 🌷 In light of Mother's Day, I wanted to share some resonant takeaways: 1. Many women feel torn between pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams and starting a family. 2. The reality of "mom guilt" hits hard, especially when work travel takes us away from our children. 3. Maternity leave, particularly for solo founders, often feels like an impossible balancing act. 4. There was focus was on profitability and sustainable growth—a path less emphasized in many founder discussions. 5. Passion for our company's mission can fluctuate, but maintaining conviction is key. 5. While our companies may feel like extensions of ourselves, it's crucial to separate our identities for better stress management. 💪 I watched in awe as my mother built and sold multiple companies while raising four children. And have so much respect for the those who have chosen to focus on their companies, and those who have dedicated their focus to motherhood (or anything in between!). 🛣 Breakfast was a poignant reminder of the difficult choices women must make, regardless of their chosen path. Thank you for bringing us all together Madeline Minshew and Kathryn Minshew!

Happy Mother's Day! 💐 Today, we celebrate the remarkable women who raised us, nurtured our dreams, and set us on our paths. It's a moment to reflect on the profound impact mothers have—not just in our homes but also in our workplaces. Mothers embody the essence of leadership, bringing skills and qualities to the table that are invaluable in any executive, board member, or employee. Their innate ability to multitask, an essential skill honed through years of managing households and schedules, parallels the demands of high-level leadership roles where juggling multiple priorities is daily fare. Moreover, the empathy developed from raising children provides mothers with a unique ability to understand and motivate people. This emotional intelligence is critical in today’s collaborative work environments, where success often hinges on the ability to connect with and inspire teams. Mothers are also unparalleled in crisis management—a skill all too familiar in both parenting and the boardroom. Their ability to assess situations calmly, think on their feet, and execute solutions under pressure is as valuable in high-stakes business negotiations as it is in mediating sibling squabbles. Let us not overlook their visionary perspective. Mothers invest in the future, nurturing potential and encouraging growth, much like visionary leaders who build resilient organizations poised for long-term success. On this Mother's Day, let’s celebrate and acknowledge the profound and often under-appreciated ways in which mothers shape not only the leaders of tomorrow but also the landscapes of our current enterprises. To all the mothers reading this: Your blend of strength, wisdom, and compassion is a model for professional excellence. Happy Mother's Day! 🌹🥂

Life is Flying by… This is the line a woman doc used with me recently, “life is flying by”. I have had similar feelings over the years. To me this means, I am busy and I periodically take time to pause and wonder if I have everything in my life that is important to me and am I taking action to start to put things in my future that are meaningful to me? I also question myself; “Am I missing something everyone else knows” “What am I missing?“ This had been a large concern for me, I would ask others, “How do you do it all?”, and keep asking women docs this question periodically for years. I would then consider where I was and where I wanted to go. Yet I would get busy again and have to “come up for air” and make plans again. This cycle continued for a long time. Focus was needed for me to design my next steps. For those that know me, I go to family, friends, science and books for the answers to life quandaries. I realized that I needed to design my own plan of growth and discovery and that it was OK if it was fun too! I founded a business called Brain Fresh to help use brain wonder so we can all find more professional joy. I provide resources for corporate and healthcare workers to connect to a simple science based framework to find energy, focus and vitality that even the busy can gain insights from! We can stop life from “flying by”. We can take the time to be intentional and focus on our next steps. To help women docs stop life from flying by, I designed a Women Doc Accountability Group (WAG) to create a safe and fun space for docs to pause, set their goals and figure out how to actually make it happen. In WAG, we learn the first steps of dreaming up a possible side hustle. I am recruiting for my Summer Women Doc Accountability Group (WAG), doors are closing Friday. Please join us and share with 5 friends too. WAG is for the Woman Doc who feels like life is flying by and is not sure how to take time to pause and make her next plans. The graduating WAG members said this of our 8 week Spring Women Doc Accountability Group... "Eye opening" "Helpful" "Inspirational" Summer group opening this week! 1. Share with 5 Women Doc Friends 2. Share the list of productivity tips, at the end of this message, cuz you love your besties 3. Enroll in WAG for yourself and encourage your besties! Rock you summer and stop life from “flying by”. Video with Info… https://lnkd.in/euTMG5VG Link to program to enroll: https://lnkd.in/enyVu-YF Share this with 5 of your besties and grow together! Keep life from flying by, take time to find “YOU” in your plans.. When You’re Aligned, Things Flow. Since quietly launching my one-on-one program, The Uncensored Self, at the end of November, 7 incredible women have said yes to this journey. Here’s what I’ve learned (and continue to experience): When you’re aligned, things feel easy. When you’re doing what lights you up, it feels simple and fun. And when it’s fun, it’s fast. Because of the amazing response, I’m expanding the program into a group format: The Uncensored Self Collective. This is the same six-week curriculum that’s helped women step into their true identities, but now in a group setting where connection and community amplify the transformation. Special Offer: The first 10 women to join will save $500 on the program. If you’re ready to step into 2025 with clarity, alignment, and a community of like-minded women, send me a message. Let’s create magic together.

Gini struck on something big here—a fear that many women have about the program (and about starting boundaries work at all)—the fear that if we really stop people pleasing, it will end our relationships, isolate us, and turn our lives upside down. But what I and so many ex-good girls have learned is that there really is room for you, your needs, your desires, AND those of other people. To hear more from Gini and other program participants about their experiences, their initial fears, and how life looks different for them after being in Stop People Pleasing, you can listen to the full episode at the link in my bio. If you’re considering joining my next program (starting May 20th), check out the link in bio anytime April 1–May. #Boundaries #BoundariesWork #TheresRoomForYou #StopPeoplePleasing #ProcessingEmotions #PeoplePleaser #PeoplePleaserNoMore #PeoplePleasing #ExPeoplePleaser #RecoveringPeoplePleaser #ExGoodGirl
