Today, we've published our report and safety flyer on the investigation of a fatal man overboard from the fishing vessel Pioneer (NN200) south of Hastings, England on 29 July 2021. * Low bulwark height and not wearing a PFD highlighted as contributory factors. * Conduct regular manoverboard drills on your vessel. * Make sure you have the means to recover someone on board if they fall in.
