Introducing the VacuDrain System: A Classic, Reimagined! We’ve taken our trusted combined jet vac and dewatering unit and given it a new name that truly reflects its capabilities: The VacuDrain system. This innovative system performs like a traditional jet vac, efficiently pumping sludge from septic tanks, drill sludge and grease traps. But what sets it apart is its powerful dewatering feature, which reduces the water content of sludge by up to 90%. This advanced dewatering process translates to significant time and cost savings, impacting your bottom line positively. With VacuDrain, you can leave the site with only dewatered sludge, allowing you to process up to 100 m³ of sludge before needing to empty your tank. Compare that to the mere 10 m³ capacity of a standard jet vac, and it’s clear: VacuDrain is a game-changer. Discover the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the VacuDrain system today! HeliX Battery is used to store and cool fish coming from bleeding department or harvest boat. A HeliX battery can be dimensioned to receive all fish from a well boat/harvest vessel for quick unloading and thereby allow the vessel to leave to get more fish. This way the gutting department can get fish from the HeliX battery as they need for the rest of the day. A HeliX battery may also be used for maintenance cooling and buffer for fish going to filleting or as maturation tank before post rigor fileting. Our Matrix cooling system for several Helix tanks distributes cooling effect specifically to where it is needed and saves energy and water.

Winter is coming. Is your plant prepared for the cold? Leaving process pipework and equipment exposed over the winter could lead to frost and ice build-up, loss of flow assurance, and/or the formation of wax and crystallisation in the pipeline. Don’t take the risk. Curious about Rapid Gravity Filters (RGF) systems? 🤔 Our team has compiled a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions to help answer your queries. Check out our blog for more details: https://buff.ly/3DvYfUs Today we look at the parts which make a RGF system.⚙️🔩 The main components of a rapid gravity sand filter are the filter media, the gravel support layers and the filter underdrain. The underdrain serves to support the filter medium and gravel; to collect filtered water evenly from the bottom of the filter; and to distribute air and water evenly across the bottom of the filter during backwashing. Key to these functions are the evenness of filtration and the distribution of backwash air and water. The evenness of distribution of the backwash water is of particular importance. The efficiency of the filter is dependent on the effectiveness of the backwash cycle. #WaterTreatment #Sustainability #RapidGravityFilters #FAQ #RGF

The salinity level in a frac pond shows how much salt is in the water and is calculated from conductivity. This number is important when monitoring any water mixes in the pit/pond before, during, and after frac operations. Monitoring the salinity directly at the pit/pond will reduce/eliminate friction reducer issues at the fracturing operations before the water is sent to the fracturing location if you are mixing water in the pond. If water is not mixed in the pond, this can monitor any accidental truck off-loadings. OLA's EDS (Early Detection Service) includes our AquaSentinel, which can provide 15 data points, including salinity, directly to our customers on a 24/7 basis. #Salinity #FracPonds #PermianBasin #MidlandTX #WaterManagement
