From November 13-16, 2024, the National League of Cities (NLC) celebrated 100 years (1924-2024) of strengthening cities, towns, and villages at the Centennial City Summit! Our EMPA program is designed to equip students with the practical skills and knowledge to drive meaningful change in their communities.
