Many thoughts. For me, it has always been "transformation", lower case and with air quotes. The folks who handle this at your financial institution all understand they are chasing a pipe dream if your leadership believes that it means one, or even a series of, solutions. This is about a cultural shift that a lot of C Suite teams either don't understand or at least, don't embrace. Call it a Journey ✈️, or an Evolution 🧬, a Cycle 🚲 or even an ongoing loop of frustrating battles for funding and resources to meet the needs of your future (and current) customers 🤔. I love the call-out to vendors too, you all are a part of the problem if you aren't working with your clients in solutions that meet the needs of their customers vs forcing your agenda. The roadmap is unending. The technology is just the enabler. It is People and Process that inform what we do. It is Culture that will support it.
