For those who missed it, here are some key takeaways from the panel with Amy Walker, Johan Rockberg, Henk Johan Streefkerk, Jayesh Kulkarni: - One technology will not be fit for all purposes, we need a toolbox of different delivery technologies. - We have come a long way in developing #gene delivery methods but still there is a lot of potential for the next generation systems. - We need to address the manufacturing processes to get costs down and make #CGT's acceptable for the larger patient groups. This is best done by adapting a holistic approach, looking at everything from payload design to increased specificity and higher potency.
