The Ministry of Information and Technology, under the caretaker government, is introducing BridgeStart, allocating up to Rs500 million annually to fund 100 startups for participation in leading international incubators and accelerators. Caretaker Minister Dr. Umar Saif, emphasizing the importance of tapping into developed ecosystems and funding sources, aims to provide startups with up to Rs5 million each to qualify for top 40 international programs, complementing initiatives like the Pakistan Startup Fund (PSF) which offers equity-free capital to attract international investment. 71 Ukrainian startups have collectively secured approximately €251.84 million in funding over the past six months. The number of financed companies surged by nearly 200% in the second quarter compared to the first. Investors have shown keen interest in a diverse range of sectors: - Creatio attracted a substantial €186.00 million in capital, earning it the status of Ukraine’s sixth unicorn with a valuation of €1.12 billion. - Fintech Farm successfully closed a €29.76 million investment round in May. - Portal AI gathered €4.65 million in angel investment. - Esper Bionics secured another €4.65 million in a recent investment round. - Buntar Aerospace raised €2.05 million.
