I always appreciate little moments of spontaneous self-reflection. I caught myself using “down in the weeds” quite a bit and realized the negative connotation being “in the details” receives. Weeds are bad, right? As much as we do (or don’t) want to operate at that level, at times we MUST to get the important things done. So, I think we need to rebrand The Details and move away from being “in the weeds” to being “in the WILDFLOWERS.” Wildflowers are important parts of the ecosystem and make all the difference.
