At #CIELTextile, we're all about making our workplace and society more inclusive for people with disabilities. Today, we're excited to share how we’re making a difference: We have implemented several initiatives to ensure inclusivity, such as tactile walkways, wheelchair-accessible ramps, and ergonomic workstations across our factories in Bangladesh and India. Plus, we’re working with awesome NGOs like the Global Rainbow Foundation and EnAble India to create real opportunities and support systems for persons with disabilities. ➡️ Our goal? To have 5% of our team be persons with disabilities by 2030. We're already on our way with around 400 amazing individuals on board!
