During the Career Management class with Irameet Kaur PhD, a key insight that resonated with me was the distinction between long-term and short-term career goals. She emphasized that long-term career goals are shaped by internal factors, such as personal values and aspirations, while short-term goals are influenced by external factors, like industry trends and immediate opportunities. Together, these elements shape the trajectory of our careers.
