NET Check GmbH; Director of Innovation, Testing Specification and Mobile Standards
Two important events in the standardization world have been happening today! The start of the ITU-T Study Group 12 April meeting and the ETSI General Assembly. The latter saw the election of a new Director-General, Jan Ellsberger, and I would like to extend my congratulations to him. As the Rapporteur of Question 17 and Co-Rapporteur of Question 20, I am excited to contribute to the development of metrics and methodologies in the areas of performance of packet-based networks and other networking technologies, as well as perceptual and field assessment principles for quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) of digital financial services (DFS). The combination of field experience and international standards in these areas makes this work incredibly rewarding. Looking forward to the upcoming days of Study Group 12 work!
