At the beginning of this month, the European Commission issued the version 1.3 of the #EUDR #FAQs. This new edition features a long list of new questions answered, a whole new section on “Penalties” and several integrations to existing questions, for a total of 5️⃣6️⃣ #updates. Although a #delay is highly plausible at this point, in the next weeks we will share reflections and analyses to better understand what these FAQs imply and if they add new layers or opportunities for #simplification.
