An aspect that I particularly like about Pentose culture is the culture of listening. I think for any employees who has ideas, concerns or requests to improve the working situation or their work life balance, there's always someone who is listening to those ideas and concerns and even if they don't act upon them immediately. They will find someone, will find a way to assess visibility and make sure that those ideas are taken into consideration.
