I would like to share with you the training program held under the title "Food Labeling" via Zoom, in light of the "Your Training in Your Company" initiative carried out by the Chamber in cooperation with the Food Inspection and Control Systems Support Project "TAIB" funded by the US Department of Agriculture "USDA". This training discussed some important topics, such as: food labeling concepts, understanding local and international laws and regulations related to food product labeling, how to read and understand labeling cards, knowledge of food ingredients, how to prepare accurate and standard-compliant labeling cards, analysis of legal and ethical issues related to food labeling and the importance of adhering to them to avoid fraud and protect the consumer, Evaluating the health impact of food labeling.
