Innovating the Future of "Food on the Move" at Deli Lites! Our team recently gathered for an ideation session around "Food on the Move." Representatives from NPD, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and our Development Chefs came together to identify market gaps and explore new occasions in which our Deli Lites products could be enjoyed. What a mix of team members! These sessions are incredibly beneficial for us. Why? They foster transparency, creativity, and teamwork, ensuring we involve as much of our team as possible. May is just around the corner and with it comes Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AANHPI). If you or your company are looking for a speaker or event, consider us! Our talk aims to build awareness and understanding among non-AANHPI and AANHPI employees.
