Leuven-based Forcebit has secured €275k in funding from BAN Flanders - Business Angels Network Flanders, BeAngels , and imec.istart future fund, supplemented by a VLAIO O&O grant. This investment will help the company expand its smart sensor technology and drive growth. Forcebit, founded by Jan Croes and Emin Oguz Inci, specializes in advanced measurement solutions, particularly in force and vibration monitoring for automotive and machine industries. Their patented technology aims to make machinery more energy-efficient and sustainable. The company plans to enhance its product, hire new talent in sales and business development, and prepare for scaling up internationally based on customer feedback.
