8hFord Motor Company complaint against Lorenzo Ford Homestead FL for unacceptable $56k truck purchase experience on 10/27/24. Ana Olivera Gonzalez, the finance Mgr. failed to provide the paperwork for the full extended warranty. I was led to believe that the warranty would cover all the issues which proved to be false. They sold a truck with no proper inspection. Within 2 days of purchase the check engine light turned on. Diagnostics revealed significant issues over $9k in repairs & diagnostic fee which I paid $674 that was not covered under the warranty. I escalated by calling Ana several times & I was ignored for 3 weeks. I went in person to Lorenzo Ford on 11/15 to escalate the matter, Juan sales mgr. was dismissive, disrespectful, showing no accountability for their actions, I used it for 2 days the rest of the time the truck was in 3 Ford dealers. 11/22 I picked up the truck at Lorenzo Ford they reported some repair that does not align with the diagnostic report that I provided to them from Pines Ford. I want reimbursement of the diagnostic fee & complete repair. I trust that Ford Motors Co. will review this complaint and address my concerns even though Lorenzo Ford sales mgr. stated & laughed that no action will be taken.
